The British Book Awards Presents:  The Nibbies Salon Christmas Kickoff  Phil Earle and Carl Anka with Cate Augustin and Charlie Sheppard       Join us on 7th of December for a special, Christmassy edition of the Nibbies Salon, as we prepare to kick off the 2023 awards season! Our entries open for the Awards just a few days later, but first we'd love you to come along for behind-the-scenes access to some of today's most exciting authors and their marvellous editors, followed by festive drinks with Team Nibbies.     We’ll gather in the stunning House of St Barnabas chapel to hear from 2022 Nibbie winners Carl Anka and Phil Earle in conversation with their editors Cate Augustin and Charlie Sheppard, all chaired by Caroline Carpenter, deputy features editor of The Bookseller Magazine.  Both will discuss their books and the power of reaching young people with writing. Alongside their editors they’ll reveal the ins and outs of that ever-important relationship between an author and their editor. Then be the first to celebrate with the team who bring you The British Book Awards over a glass of something sparkling, as they prepare to open entries for the 2023 awards!
