The Manuscript Academy free event, Thalia Elie workshop 6 July

Feeling stuck? Need some good energy? Or just considering a turning point in your work--or your life?

Join Thalia Elie, our resident good vibes expert, for a workshop on how setting can lead to a turning point--and turning points lead to inspiration.

This class will open you up to thinking of new ways to use conflict, action, and overcoming obstacles--all based on context, scene, and worldbuilding.

With music, exercises, and abundant good vibes, the event will allow you to see the exits and entrances of opportunity--in life and in your work.

We are delighted to present Thalia Elie, who is not only an author, but a speaker, ordained minister, and all-around wonderful presence. Thalia is an expert at improving energy and collective good vibes. In fact, we thought of her when we saw everyone reaching what felt like peak stress--and knew she could make you feel better.

Thalia is funny, warm, and insightful, and we can't wait.

The event is 100% introvert-friendly (wear pajamas and eat snacks the whole time! We'll never know), cameras off, text chat only for attendees. You can participate as much as you like, or sit back and watch what your fellow creatives come up with.

Can't make it live? The replay will be available at the same link.

It all starts TOMORROW at 8pm ET / 5pm PT.

Hope to see you there!

All best wishes,
Jessica, Julie and Valentina

Thalia Elie is an author, speaker, and ordained minister. She is the author of HAIR WE GO! : A Curly Girls’ Adventure series. As a multi-ethnic curly girl, she wanted to encourage readers’ curiosity about differing cultures. This book celebrates the curly girl!
