FLOWERS
The halt in councils mowing verges and parks may result

first activities to be ahem, ‘cut’, under the current crisis. Plantlife
has been urging councils to cut grass less oftern, or delay cutting
until flowers have had the chance to seed, for years. Source: BBC

"YOU CAN SURVIVE THS" SAYS

“can survive this” after spending almost a week in intensive
care. Andrew Hodge, 54, who is a father of two, spent six days in

he wants people to know that being ventilated for Covid-19
complications isn’t a death sentence. “I don’t want to dilute the
seriousness of it, but I want people to realise they can survive
this,” he said. “There is so much negative communication about
how many people have died, as opposed to how many have
survived.” Source: Evening Standard
