With events such as Supersenses, Wonderlab and Early Birds on at the Science+ Media Museum, my followers who live in or near Bradford may be interested in the details:
summer you can put your senses to the test in an immersive new
exhibition that sounds, smells, looks, tastes and feels unlike
anything else. Younger visitors can follow the Animal Sensing
Trail to find surprising facts about the way animals explore
their world, while our Explainers will be on hand at a pop-up Taste
Lab, with live experiments and demos to get your taste buds
family’s curiosity over the holidays with a visit to our
state-of-the-art Wonderlab. From watching a live show in the
Wonderlab Studio, to exploring the Infinity Mirror Maze and
capturing the perfect image through our high-speed, waterdrop camera
– they’ll be talking about it for the rest of the summer.
08.30 – 10.00
FREE ENTRY Early Birds is a special event for families with
children who have an Autism Spectrum Condition, an anxiety
disorder, or a Special Educational Need that means they would
benefit from a quieter, more relaxed museum opening. See our
website for more details and to book free tickets.
