STAY CALM and BOOK YOUR PLACE!
Only a few tickets available for
our literacy conference on
Thursday the 9th of July in Brighouse!
This year's theme is 'Bringing Literacy to Life' and we'll be looking at
how you can do just that for young people of all ages.
It's going to be a great day with a varied and
bursting programme. There will be lots of valuable CPD
with an engaging mix of top authors and literacy professionals
delivering speeches, practical workshops, exhibitor stands
and opportunities for networking with peers.
Liz Pichon, multi award-winning author and illustrator of the Tom
Gates novels, will be our key-note speaker. She is joined by a
fantastic line-up of children's literacy enthusiasts (Tom Palmer, Mairi
Kidd of Barrington Stoke, Rob Smith of The Literacy Shed and
others) who are keen to share their ideas for engaging children
and young people with literacy in original ways. Click here to see
the full programme.
Read what The Yorkshire Post said about our conference here.
Stay calm knowing you'll come away with some fantastic new ideas that
will raise literacy attainment in your school. Book yourself and colleagues
a ticket now!
