The National Science and Media Museum is open!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our opening weekend, it was wonderful to see so many of you again and it really was a grand day out.

We're now open every day, but the exciting news doesn't stop there, as our new exhibition David Hockney: Pieced Together opens this Wednesday. Book now to get up close to work by a world-renowned Bradford-born artist.

David Hockney: Pieced Together

Opens Wednesday 15 January

Explore world-renowned Bradford-born artist David Hockney's pioneering use of film and photography in our new exhibition.

As well as showcasing Hockney's video installation The Four Seasons: Woldgate Woods, the exhibition explores parallels with his early ‘joiner’ photocollages, one of which was made at the museum and shows the building in its early days as the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television in 1985.
