Newspapers in
our Libraries.
Local newspapers and the Daily Jang will still be available
as paper copies in our libraries but we are changing the way you can
access national newspapers.
While we will no longer offer paper copies customers can
enjoy an even broader selection through our online service, Press Reader.
Press Reader gives you access to over 7,000 daily newspaper
and magazine titles from more than 100 countries in over 60 languages.
You can read newspapers and magazines in their original format or in a
screen-friendly version. Plus, you can print articles, listen to audio
narrations, and translate content from around the world in up to 17
languages.
Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in accessing
Press Reader on your device or by booking a library PC for you. The
option to borrow a tablet to browse Press Reader in the library is
planned for later this year – watch this space.
