The first acts joining Chaka Khan's Meltdown are here, and we could not be more excited for an unforgettable festival of music and performances this June. 

A stellar selection of artists spanning jazz, R&B, soul and more, the line-up reflects the iconic influence of Chaka Khan and the global impact of her 50-year career. Scroll down and take it all in!

Be part of Chaka Khan’s Meltdown choir

Calling young aspiring singers for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Putting young people at the heart of this year’s Meltdown, we’re inviting London-based Black and Black mixed heritage female and non-binary people aged 18 – 25 to be a part of this unique festival choir, led by multidisciplinary artist and musician, Tawiah.

Southbank Centre Members can book Meltdown tickets from Wednesday 13 March, before they go on sale to everyone else.

If you're not a Member yet, there’s still time to sign up and get access to the presale for Meltdown – and all our other events, year-round.
