Jackson Mathod

Jackson Mathod, rising UK multi-instrumentalist, and singer, is sharing a brand new sound fusing together his love of jazz, Atlanta rap and UK beats.

On the 19th of October, Mathod is ready to unveil his new direction, characterised by evocative vocals, introspective moments, and infectious dancefloor-ready beats.

The Domino Jazz Jam

The Domino Club's inaugural Jazz Jam starts October 1st at 8pm
Fergus Quill will be ring-leading what is going to be a brilliant musical get-together.
Bring your weapon of choice, choose one of the songs from the extensive list of standards, and play with our top-notch house band.
Our in-house soundman will deal with the sound, plus we have a Drum kit, a piano, and a guitar and bass amp all ready to rock.

This one has spent its entire maturation in oloroso sherry casks, resulting in generous helpings of dark fruit and Christmas spice.

Jube

The duo consist of Julie Clarkson, the main songwriter, on vocals and acoustic guitar and Bennett Holland on vocals and Keys. Reminiscent of the Laurel Canyon music scene of the 60s and 70s, they draw inspiration from the Blues, Soul, Jazz and contemporary singer-songwriters.

 

THURSDAY - WORD-UP

Armley Ridge Soul   

Forged in Leeds this trio are led by singer/guitarist Matt Baxter who has gathered together Dan Woodward (Capri) on drums and Joe Tatton (The New Mastersounds) on keys to put their own twist on funky soul.”

The Suitcase Rags Trio are a Leeds-based skiffle group playing American Folk music, Blues covers and original material in an authentic style.

Classic jump Blues, rocksteady and Ska with thumpin' slap bass, honkin' horns, raucous four-part vocal harmonies, and a driving piano boogie.

The Chris Lloyd Quartet    
Louis Louis Louis's piano wizard Chris Lloyd and his quartet will be playing 2 sets of Rhythm and Blues.

The Domino Funk & Soul Band 

The funkiest house band in the country are back! Featuring the legendary Haggis Horns Rhythm section alongside The Reverand Cleve 'Funky Butt Chunky' Freckleton.

The House Band     

Featuring an all-star cast from Leeds thriving Jazz-Soul and Funk scene, the house-band was built from the ground up with a mission to get people dancing.
