Blackheart Orchestra @ Seven
Now into Sptember the autumn programme
kicks off with events almost every evening between now and Christmas -

Two fun events this evening, Wednesday
7th September, to look forward to - firstly, Rush Hour Jazz – Toby
Brazier. Based in Bradford, young jazz trumpet player Toby
Brazier, performing regularly in the local jazz scene, has just
recorded a new album ‘Crisis Point’. . Seven Arts Bar 6-7/15pm PAYF donations.

Also, this evening, Wednesday
7th September, 7.30pm, Murder Inc. is
the only murder mystery that YOU’RE an accessory to! This month’s theme
Batman & Coffin! The show is a wholly improvised crime story. The
cast take your suggestions and weave a sordid tale for you that is pacy
and packed with belly laughs. £10.
On Friday 9th
September, 8pm, The Blackheart Orchestra.
The extraordinary Blackheart Orchestra is officially the smallest
orchestra in the world. Two people playing 13 instruments, they perform
in the centre of a circle of instruments that has been described as
their ‘musical space station’ and ‘instrumental laboratory’. Door 7.30pm, £12
Seven's pop-up this weekend is Hoi Polloi Street Kitchen,
serving delicious South Korean street food, including Kimchi Pulled
Pork Bun, Korean Fried Chicken, and Vegetable Mandu. Vegan and veggie
options. Friday 9th
and Saturday 10th September 12 - 8.30pm, and Sunday 11th September
12-5pm.
Tomorrow, Saturday
10th September, 5.30pm, Moyukh presents Light Up
Inside. Moyukh is a West Yorkshire based platform for
creative minded speech artists whose passion lies in practicing
experimental performing arts.Come and enjoy Moyukh’s unique theatrical
production Forgotten Headlines and Bengali cine-poetry. £10.
On Sunday 11th
September, the autumn season of jazz kicks off with JazzLeeds – Jazz Cafe and
Jam Session. come and play, sing or just watch the fun! 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm. £8 / £6 conc.
And the raffle is back!
To round things off the ever-popular Seven Quiz is
on Sunday 4th
September at 7pm. A great way to exercise those little grey
cells and compete in a friendly atmosphere with friends and family. £5. Prizes.
