you?
Later
this year, following the Music Works
transformation, we'll be moving home to
the newly refurbished Howard Opera
Centre, a place where everyone will be
welcome to make music. The space will
be your home as much as it will be
ours, so we'd like to invite you to
join us in creating
something special...

Gumede and Dave Evans for a free,

will be recorded and feature as part of
an interactive musical trail when the
Howard Opera Centre opens later this
year.

This is
Edinburgh in February
|
| |
January,
the month that seems to last forever is at last over! The days are starting
to stay lighter for longer and snowdrops are starting to appear in parks
and gardens, a happy sign the spring is on its way.
And while January can
sometimes feel a bit lean, February certainly packs a punch, with plenty of
celebrations to look forward. Whether you’re a whisky whizz or don’t know
your single malt from your blended, celebrating
International Scotch Day on Monday 8 February is
a great way to learn more about Scotland’s national tipple.
Friday 12 February
heralds that start of Chinese
New Year. While there are no formal celebrations in Edinburgh
this year, we’ve got some suggestions to make it as fun - and traditional -
as possible.
So, gather family and
friends together for a zoom call (a pastime we’re all rather good at now!)
and celebrate all that February has to offer!

Publications, art, haircare, literature, and other objects they’ve worked to
preserve remind visitors of creative, vocal, and lucrative moments that
