deadline day!
The prompt for this month's Monthly Micro Fiction Competition
is this image. You have until 23.59 (UK time) tonight (7th Feb) to
send us your stories inspired by the picture. 100 words
exactly, excluding the title.
Winners get cash, published on our website, entries to the annual
Flash Fiction Prize and the People's Prize winner gets a surprise
prize! Plus everyone who's shortlisted gets a free entry to next
month's competition.
Will your narrator be this woman, someone who is watching her, or
will the woman not be a focus at all? Perhaps you’ll focus on one
of the other people in the distance? Or someone in the building
looking out? What does this image inspire for you? We’re
looking forward to reading your stories and seeing all the
different ways this image can be interpreted!
