National Storytelling Week 2021
|
Everyone loves
great stories; they feed our imaginations and help us share in
amazing experiences – some of which we could never hope to do
without them. But there is something even more magical about
storytelling – the art of taking characters and places from the
page and making them feel real, as if they were right there with
you. National
Storytelling Week is back for 2021 (30 January –
6 February) with a great selection of resources to help to share
your story – you just have to decide what that will be!

Creative masks
|
Breathing In
Art is a new series by Fermynwoods
Contemporary Art to support and promote mask
wearing whilst celebrating creativity. As wearing masks to
protect ourselves is now a part of everyday life, artists have
been asked to design a range of facemasks. The latest in this
series comes from Sapphire
Goss, a video artist whose work explores
experimental materiality to make work that grows, decays and
lives beyond the screen.
