Not sure what to do this weekend? Here are a few ideas for things to do this weekend in Leeds, Bradford and New York:
Oh-so-slurpable
cocktails delivered to your door & 42 indie stores you need to visit
now they're back open.
|
| |
|
|
|
The city is slowly
starting to go back to normal, and as it does, those plans that had been
put on hold are being dusted off and put back into action. In fact, just
two weeks after we announced six
new openings coming soon, we have another three to add to the
list, including a brand new brewery and taproom.

|
|
|
|
As a live music venue,
The Domino Club can't reopen yet, but you can still get a taste of their
oh-so-delicious cocktails at home because they're delivering to your
door. Made by their expert mixologists and bottled for your convenience,
this is the ultimate cocktail night in.
|
|
|
Leeds is back open, so
we can finally visit our beloved independents again. From vintage
treasure troves to cool-as-heck gift shops and jam-packed book
stores, there's something for everyone here and they all have safety
measures in place to protect you while you shop.
|
|
The pubs have started
reopening and the weatherman says there's going to be sun this weekend –
you know what that means? Time to head back to your favourite beer
gardens. Social distancing is the new norm and they have a raft of safety
measures in place, but that won't stop you from enjoying the sunshine
with a beer in hand.
|
|
|
|
As lockdown begins to
ease, you can start thinking of getting away for a weekend or maybe even
longer – but where will you go? These cool and quirky stays are the
perfect choice if you want your first post-lockdown getaway to be
incredibly memorable.
|
|
|
We're not all running
out to the pub, and even if you are, you're probably not going anywhere
near as often as you used to – which gives you the perfect excuse to
support your local bottle shop. Top up on the finest Yorkshire brews or
try something from further afield.

Welcome Back @ Seven
A great big thank you to all of those
who came out at the weekend to support the re-opening of Seven's cafe
/bar.
For the time-being we are opening from 12 noon on Wednesday to Sunday
with pop-up takeaway food at weekends. This weekend, our old friend
Luigi will be here with Luigi's Italiano Kitchen from Friday to Sunday.
For those who are understandably anxious about being out and about in
public spaces, a reminder that at Seven, we have plenty of outside
space and have re-purposed our venue as an extension to Seven's cafe
/bar, so we're very spacious inside too. We'll be doing table service
and taking card payments only.
And old favourite, the Sunday Quiz is back! On Sunday 12 July 8pm, test
your knowledge in a relaxed, socially distanced atmosphere – as ever, a
great way to challenge those little grey cells and end the weekend with
friends and family. £2 per person entry with prizes.
If you have not been to the quiz before and would like to take part,
please email info@sevenleeds.co.uk and
we will send details.
Please come and support us - it's great to begin seeing our customers
again - we've missed you.
We look forward to
seeing you at Seven very soon. Every £ spent at Seven helps support
high quality arts in a local setting.

To
be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you
love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a
little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to
it.
