Shore Scripts Short Film Fund

For those of my followers who are scriptwriters, here are details of the Shore Scripts Short film fund:

Our Short Film Fund is NOW OPEN!

Now in its third year, the 2018 Shore Scripts Short Film Fund offers writers the opportunity to become a produced screenwriter. Shore will be commissioning at least one short film with a budget up to $15,000 ($9000 minimum.)
The filmmaking team will have the full support of Shore’s staff all the way through the production process, including equipment and post-production service deals.
The winning film(s) will be submitted to world-renowned film festivals, as well as being shown to our Oscar winning Judges, Production Companies, Agents, and Managers.
The fund is open to writers from all countries. Scripts must be in English. If a writer wishes to direct his/her own script, then we are open to this discussion.

“I’m so blown away and honoured. This is such an amazing opportunity to make a film I care about. Thank you so much!” Claire Fowler, our 2016 inaugural winner of Shore Scripts' Short Film Fund.
Salam (previous called Lift) – written and directed by Claire Fowler | in Post Production
A muslim Uber driver picks up her polar opposite and they make an unexpected connection.
THE ORGY, which was awarded funding through the 2017 Shore Scripts Short Film Fund, is a romantic comedy about a heartbroken man who is looking for love in all the wrong places.
THE ORGY is produced by Tilly Coulson through her new banner Allgood Films, and is a co-production with Daniel-Konrad Cooper’s Rather Good Films (Burn Burn Burn). Shore Scripts and Dave Beazley are Executive Producers. Coulson works as Creative Executive at Working Title Films in London.
