Try It, Like It, Do It: coming to the Valleys 🏃‍♀️

try it like it do it
We're looking for organisations in the Valleys to be part of Try it, Like it, Do it. If you're running activities aimed at getting people more physically active, we can help you with:
  • Promotion: let us know about any sessions suitable for beginners or inactive participants that you will be running in this area from March onwards and we can promote them as part of the project.
  • Support: we can help you to set up new sessions. This could include money towards venue hire, coaching costs and beginners equipment if required.
  • Training: for people who want to be new leaders to deliver or support sessions.

Kirklees still offering a bed to rough sleepers this weekend

swep
Kirklees is in for a cold weekend, and throughout this week SWEP, our weather emergency protocol, has been active. This means that anyone who is rough sleeping, can get in touch with us, or have someone else get in touch - and we can offer our support to make sure all those in Kirklees feel safe and warm this winter.
