A spectacularly aged rum from Appleton Estate, this expression is made from carefully selected casks that have enjoyed a tropical maturation for a minimum of 21 years. Beautifully balanced, and with plenty of character and complex spice, this silky Jamaican rum is one to sip and savour. On the nose you will find rich nutiness and marmalde, followed by stewed stone fruits on the palate, with a long and rich finish lingering.

| It's Cabaret Doors 7pm - Performance stars at 8pm
It’s Cabaret returns for another night of Live Music, Theatre and Cabaret.Enjoy a musical and theatrical experience that features a line-up of live performances!Jazz Fusion act Fight The Giant will be opening up the night, followed by our house band with guest singer Chloe Atlas. The Girls and Show Girls return for a few musical numbers and live theatre, before we end the night with some burlesque and cabaret fron our special guest Ellie Jolly.
