bass player/composer/bandleader "Fergus Quill Plays Xero Slingsby”
is a musical homage to the Leeds alt-jazz pioneer of the 1980s, alto

evening of comic songs, featuring classic material by Jake Thackray,

4-6pm, Colour of Light is a guitar, mandolin, banjo, double
bass and harmonica ensemble who blend folk, blues, bluegrass and

Paula Ryan. Acapella World Music Choir, Chechelele, and
singer, songwriter & Gaelic 'funkstress' Paula Ryan present

JazzLeeds - Leeds
University Union Big Band is on Sunday 12th May 1.30-4.30pm.The LUU Big
Band is a 22-piece Big Band, which plays a wide variety of dance
band/big band repertoire including swing, funk, pop and jazz. £12/£10 concessions. Kids 16
and under free.
Also on Sunday 12th
May, 7pm, this and every Sunday, the Seven Quiz, a
great way to round off the weekend with friends and family. £5 per team. With prizes.
