Creative
Kirklees Newsletter - 4 July 2017
|
Hello
again Newsletter readers
As part
of our on-going development to continually improve Creative Kirklees and
our commitment in protecting your data we are pleased to announce that
Assembly Studios has updated the site’s security by migrating to
HTTPS using SSL Certification. Not only does this add greater
protection, it is also in line with recommendations made by Google,
Facebook and others and therefore boosts the website search ranking – a good
tip for the development of your own sites too!
A
reminder to all existing Kirklees Concert Season subscribers (orchestral
concerts) that the priority booking period to renew your 2017/18 season
ticket ends very soon. Please make sure your completed application
form is sent to Huddersfield Town Hall Box Office by 14th July.
Are you thinking of becoming a subscriber? If so,
please note they are available from 18th July until 28th September 2017,
for more information contact Huddersfield Town Hall Box Office on 01484
225755.
For
those of you who are looking for something to do, there’s another great
week of creativity ahead. Holmfirth
Artweek is on NOW with over 400 artists exhibiting their work, the Huddersfield Carnival Parade is
back in the town centre on Saturday – starting and finishing at the
Hudawi Centre, ‘Engage in Colour’,
an abstract themed collaboration exhibition begins at the Creative Arts
Hub on Friday, also on Friday, and for any photography enthusiasts out
there, if you fancy a day at the coast, David Speight Photography is running
a one day workshop in Whitby! How’s that for variety! Do have a
flick down the Newsletter to see more. |
