Godber headlines an evening of readings and conversation as a trio of
highly acclaimed writers talk about how they are influenced by the

On Saturday 25 April,
7.30pm, Superfly Saturday – Retro
Funk Disco is back at Seven for a Spring
outing! Dance your socks off to Funk, Soul and Motown and generally
good dance stuff. Proceeds go to charities Womenkind and Greenpeace. £7 / £5 conc.
Sunday Jazz on Sunday
26 April 1.30-4pm is College Collection 1.
Leeds College of Music has been a vibrant source of new music for over 40
years. New crops of jazz pop and classical students each year never fail
to invigorate and impress. Seven Jazz features six ensembles over two
weeks to give you a taste of what’s new. £7/£5 conc, kids under 16 free. The Sunday Quiz
takes place this and every Sunday at 8pm.
Free with raffle and prizes.
On Monday 27 April,
8pm, the Screen Seven movie is Like Someone In Love.
Akiko, a Tokyo student who moonlights as a call girl, visits a new client
in the suburbs and is surprised to find the shy and elderly Takashi. When
the two encounter Akiko's volatile boyfriend, Takashi pretends he is
Akiko's grandfather and finds himself becoming the protector that
Akiko so desperately needs. £6

Café Psychologique –
Religious Beliefs on Tuesday
28 April, 7.30pm is a joint event with Café Theologique,
‘Are There Healthy and Unhealthy Ways to Hold Religious Beliefs?’

On Wednesday 29 April,
8pm, it's Kill For A Seat Comedy –
New Act Competition. This month, Lastminute Comedy and
KFAS will be joining forces to bring you the New Comedian Of The Year
Competition from the best independent comedy clubs.…plus special guests
and your funny-making host, Silky. £11
