Spring in the Step @ Seven
Seven Unplugged
on Wednesday 11 March,
8pm, draws together local musicians to create an evening
of acoustic music like no other. Folk, blues, country classical and more.
This month with Bruno Merz, Parksie Vernon, Dom Major, and Donna Maria
Bottomley. Three hours of live music every 2nd Wednesday of the month. £5. Doors 7.45pm.
On Friday 13 March,
8pm, Mewl Music presents, Royal Blood's CD Launch.
Royal Blood are singer songwriters Paulette and Annette Morris, from
Leeds. Joined by band members past and present, we will hear songs
and stories from their celebrated career; plus material from their highly
anticipated new album, ‘The Journey’.
£5 adv /£7 otd.
Round off the weekend on Sunday
15 March, 7.15-10.15pm at Mrs Porter’s Tea-Time
Ceilidh . Experience lively English-style traditional
dance music for old and new country dances. The event also features Music
Hall songs and verses by band members. £5 on the door.
