Birmingham Literature Festival, 3-13 October 2019

With full details of the upcoming Festival:

Birmingham Literature Festival for Young People

Do your kids love reading and writing? We have plenty for them this autumn.

On Sunday 6 October, we're taking over the Midlands Arts Centre for an entire day dedicated to young writers and performers. In partnership with the Read On EU Project, join in with other young people aged 12 to 19 who love books, writing, and writers. See more below.

We kick of the day with the Spark Young Writers Showcase, where young writers from across the West Midlands will share their stories and poems. To take part, sign up here.

Don't worry, we provided for the parents, too! We are delighted to bring together Liz Berry, Kathryn Wallace and Matt Coyne who will share stories about life as a parent - with not an Instagram filter in sight.

Tickets are on sale through our Box Office TicketSource online and on 0333 666 3366.

You can also download a PDF of the full programme from our website.

See you in October!
