National Science+Media Museum, 16-24 February

Apologies to my followers for being unable to post for a few days due to a particularly nasty flu virus. It's doing the rounds here in the U.K., so I am sure some of you will have suffered from it already and understand.

Coming up in the half-term at the Science+Media Museum in February:

FAMILY HALF TERM ACTIVITIES

16 - 24 FEBRUARY

This February join us for an action-packed half term exploding with awesome experiments and super squidgy science inspired by CBBC's Operation Ouch!
Join Dr Chris, Dr Xand and Dr Ronx to explore the wonderful world of medicine and the human body. Get stuck in with eye-popping demos, extraordinary experiments and super yucky live shows - it's science with the gross bits left in! Plan your visit now.

MEET THE DOCTORS

Tuesday 19 February
Operation Ouch! presenters Dr Chris, Dr Xand and Dr Ronx will be revealing behind-the scenes secrets and fascinating facts in some very special FREE live shows. The shows will also include an opportunity to grab a selfie with the doctors. Shows will be popular so please book your FREE ticket now.

LET'S PLAY WEEKEND

9 – 10 February
Let's Play! Family weekend will see Yorkshire Games Festival take over the museum with gameplay, activities and live shows for all the family to enjoy together. Explore unique and boundary-pushing videogames, try out new games from northern studios and play along in an interactive comedy show.
