Brighouse Festival - 9 fun filled days of entertainment From Queen to Dr Who...What's Not to Like! The Brighouse Festival is set to bring a feast of entertainment to the town. With over 50 events packed into one great week, ranging from the number one Queen tribute act to workshops by a Dr Who script writer there’s something to appeal to all tastes. The fun starts on Saturday 22nd October with a life size Punch & Judy street entertainment in the afternoon and Roger Davies in concert with the Drighlington Brass Band in the evening. And then, over the next 8 days, it’s nonstop entertainment! Other highlights include; the cast of the smash hit West End musical Summer Afternoon, performing the hits of the Kinks on Sunday 23rd; “Him off the Telly” comedy night hosted by Brighouse’s Jack Carroll on Wednesday 26th; a jazz concert with Ahmed Harfoush on Saturday 29th and a Brahms recital on Tuesday 25th.
