Before we say wave goodbye to 2015 we wanted to say have a great festive season and a big thanks to everyone for their support over the last year!

We have a few farewells of our own too! Good bye and good wishes to two dear Festival Friends - Our outgoing Chair Sara Robinson who has done a magnificent job these last 3 years and will be much missed. (We are still on the hunt for a new Chair if any of you out there fancy a New Year challenge!) Also to Amy Harbour who is leaving the Town Hall to take up her new post of Operations Director at the Piece Hall. Wishing her well and again a huge thanks for her support of the festival over the last few years!

Café Culture is continuing into the new year with our next event on Thursday 7 January

Thursday 7 January 2.30pm - At the Coal Face - the story of a Yorkshire Pit nurse, Joan Hart. Join us for stories, chocolate brownies, cookies, tea and coffee. Hebden Bridge Town Hall.

We are also holding an event for local businesses on Thursday 28th January from 6-8pm at Drink, Market Street to let you know how you can get involved with this year's festival.

And on the subject of support, a HUGE thank you to all who gave to the Festival this year, the show can't go on without the support of all of you individuals and businesses who generously give your time, advice and donations. If you'd like to support us this year please do (more here !)

Looking forward to 2016, plans for Trouser Town are gathering pace - we’ve a theme tune and all manner of trouser related antics in the pipeline. Get in touch with any ideas or if you’d like to get more involved. ( Festival dates for 2016 are Friday June 24 until Sunday 3 July.)
