Went to see Rock of Ages last night with my husband and good friends C, M and S at The Alhambra Theatre.
Still rocking after 5 years on Broadway and following 3 years of ovation-inducing performances in London's West end, the legendary Rock of Ages is:
"A SEXY SMASHER THAT WILL HAVE YOU LAUGHING AND ROCKING IN EQUAL MEASURE"

Daily Star
Stephen Rahman-Hughes (One Night Stand, West Side Story and television show Bad Girls) is hilarious as Lonny, as is Cameron Sharp (Axe the Musical, Seasons of Love) as Franz, the son of Hertz Klinemann (Jack Lord of The Jungle Book, Wind in the Willows and television show Waterloo Road). Daniel Fletcher (The Blues Brothers, We Will Rock You and the film Inanimate Objects) plays Dennis Dupree and Jessie May (Pride and Prejudice, Hair and the film Becky Awkward Turtle) is excellent as Candi/Regina who has a fabulous voice, as is Brit-nominated Rachel McFarlane (ROA, Been So Long) as Justice, owner of the strip club.
Featuring such excellent songs as Don't Stop Believin', We Built this City, I Want to know what Love is, The Final Countdown, Can't Find this Feeling, Here I Go Again and Wanted Dead or Alive, you couldn't help singing along.
'Absurdly enjoyable. As guilty as pleasures get! Impossible to resist' The New York Times
'High energy feel-good nostalgia that will put a smile on your face' Sunday Express
'If you're not on your feet, shame on you' The Sun
