Have you heard? We've created the biggest Norfolk & Norwich Festival literature programme yet. Book quick for Kate Mosse, who will give the second Martineau Lecture, prepare for an evening of horror with Darren Shan and enjoy a day-long literary festival in celebration of Great Women Writers.

Looking for workshops? Try writing poetry on a train with Hannah Jane Walker, walking the Cathedral grounds with David Morley or writing poetry over the weekend with George Szirtes.  

With a Live Literature Symposium to boot, we've a lot to get through!

An Evening with Ray Davies of The Kinks

Saturday 10th May, 7pm, Norwich Playhouse, £18/£16 conc
Get your Norfolk & Norwich Festival going with Ray Davies, who will reveal his experience of rock star life. Ray will take you on a personal road trip through his musical career, from touring America to hunting for the perfect riff. You'll also have the chance to ask him those burning questions.

Kate Mosse: The Harriet Martineau Lecture

Join celebrated novelist Kate Mosse (Labyrinth, The Winter Ghosts) for the second annual Harriet Martineau lecture, honouring the life and writing of this extraordinary Norwich figure. You'll have the chance to put your questions to Kate, and get your books signed too.

Karl Ove Knausgaard: My Struggle

Ross Sutherland's Stand By For Tape Back-Up

Literary Death Match: Featuring A.L. Kennedy & More
