| The Lost Explorer | Salmiana Joven Mezcal
A super herbaceous mezcal from The Lost Explorer, showing off the brilliance of the Salmiana agave! The wild species is found at high altitudes, making it rather hard to forage – but it's certainly worth it. This particular agave was traditionally used to produced the thick, fermented Mexican drink pulque, making it an interesting species to produce Mezcal from. Flinty mineral notes meet vegetable bell pepper and green jalapeños, finished by a zesty citrus oil lift.
Break-Even Price £5.50 Usual Price £25.50
