Bradford Literature Festival: Honoured: Naz Shah in Conversation 8 March

At the Midlands Hotel, Bradford:

Hello,

We’re delighted to invite you to the launch of Naz Shah’s memoir, Honoured.

An unflinching account of resilience, justice and public service, Honoured follows Shah from growing up in Bradford to being sent to Pakistan to escape her mother’s abuser, to being elected to Parliament in 2015.

Shah has served as Labour MP for Bradford West for over a decade, and this event is your chance to hear her story.

Event: Honoured: Naz Shah in Conversation followed by iftar

Date: Sunday 8 March

Time: 4:30 - 5:30pm

Location: The Midlands Hotel, Bradford BD1 4HU

You’re also invited to remain at the hotel after the event for an iftar buffet, breaking the day’s fast.

Tickets are on sale now. We expect this event to be very popular so don’t miss your chance to hear from Shah herself. Honoured is the first time she’s telling her story in full, exploring family, faith, survival, and the realities of power.
