multiculturalism, is set to celebrate its rich blend of history and
culture as the UK's City of Culture in 2025.
In collaboration with Theatre in the Mill, this special event will
feature women from the Women’s Comedy Workshops, offering a light
hearted take on exploring the nuances of difference and
intersectionality in our city. The workshops provide a platform for
women and those identifying as female to delve into the world of
stand-up comedy, culminating in a comedy event where each
participant showcases their newfound comedic talents to an
enthusiastic audience. Click here to join the waiting list.
