Creative Kirklees
Newsletter 14 December 2021
|
This is
our last newsletter for 2021. We wish you a very happy new year
ahead of time!
Don't
miss out on some wonderful concerts and festive entertainment this
December and January.
The
amazing Snail and the Whale will
be performed on Tuesday 21st December. A double bill of much-loved
Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler animations comes to Huddersfield Town
Hall’s big screen along with a full, live orchestra. A tiny snail hitches
a ride on the tail of a huge humpback whale for a lift around the world
in The Snail and the Whale. You don't want to miss it!
There are
still opportunities to see plenty of other Christmas Concerts and
Pantomimes - just take a look below.
We have some fabulous opportunities for you this week, including one with
Woven,
who are looking for a Film-maker and Kirkwood Snowdogs
are looking for Art Trail Sculpture Painters. The deadline is early
January so don't miss out - take a look now!
There is
plenty of news to read too, including a Kirklees Artist's Survey
that Creative Scene need your help with.
Keep
Creative and have a wonderfully, festive time!
Please
note - with the current situation around the Covid uncertainty, things
can change at short notice. Please do enquire with the organisers
to check that the event you are interested in is still taking
place.
Stay
safe.
