Across
The Decades @ Seven
Music from across the decades, kicks off tonight, Wednesday 18th August, 6pm
with Pete Ivatts.
Pete started singing and playing guitar in a skiffle group in the
mid-1950s and is a singer/songwriter. His songs are a poetic mix of
English folk and country and have the capacity to have you roaring with
laughter one minute and wiping away a tear the next. PWYF donations.
Moving forwards in time, tomorrow, Thursday
19th August, 7.30pm, Mewl Music presents Acoustic Solo Show from The
Silver Reserve. Original songs blend emotive lyrics,
spacious delicately crafted guitar work and effects with comparisons to
Bon Iver, Thom Yorke and Guy Garvey, A truly original voice on the UK
acoustic scene. PWYF

This weekend we have our favourite pizza pop-up, Canteen. Order
your delicious pizza at Seven and the Canteen experience will be zipped
across the road. Friday
20th August, evening from 5pm. Saturday 21st – Sunday 22nd
August, lunchtime and evening.
On Friday 20th August,
6.30pm, look forward to Rowland Jones.
Growing up in the 60s and influenced by ’John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers
with Eric Clapton, Rowland Jones has played with rock bands, big bands,
folk-rock bands and even toured with bands like Limmie and the Family
Cookin’ and The Exciters. In

As part of our Summer Saturdays, on Saturday
21st August 5-7pm it is the one and only Soul Persuaders.
This four piece band is dedicated to bringing the best of soul and funk
covers to live audiences, including Al Green, Amy Winehouse, Average
White Band, Fleetwood Mac, Blondie, The Pretenders, Imelda May, and
Etta James. Seven's

On Sunday 22nd August,
1.30-3.30pm, JazzLeeds presents.Imajii, a
dynamic jazz trio drawing on the UK jazz sound to write their own tunes
and cut the standards a new angle. A fantastic set of new music to
bring to the scene after a long period of quietness.. Seven's courtyard. PWYF
