I am
Lesley-Anne from Red Production Co
Lesley-Anne
Smith is PA to Nicola Shindler – Red Production Company.
How
did you get your job?
I’d
been on maternity leave from A Question of Sport (BBC), when I heard
about the position.
I
applied and landed the role in 2009. I now manage a team of three and
we work together as almost a small production unit.
What
skills and personality do you feel you need to enable you to do your
job and where did you learn/ develop your skills?
A
pre-requisite is the need to be extremely organised; as I have to be
two steps ahead of everyone else. I’ve always loved organising - so I’m
in my element.
