‘A worthy successor to James Herriot, and every bit as endearing’: Alan Titchmarsh
The Good Book Guide have described his book as ‘Packed with delightful and authentic characters, juicy gossip, precarious romance and good old-fashioned village drama, this is a warm-hearted and hilarious account of a struggling school in a small community.’
The event will take place from 7.30pm to 9pm on November 13. Tickets cost £3 and £2 for concessions and people with a Kirklees Passport and are available from any Kirklees Booking office, Tel. 01924 324501 or online at http://kirklees.gov.uk/townhalls
