instalment of the Stand Apart Series, come together with

song/geet and sing together with a live band after a year

Musical Magic! Summer school 2021
|
Work with award winning industry
professionals to create a new musical performance of your
own. You will have a week jam packed with singing, acting
and dancing and will have the chance to write your own
musical numbers. The week will also include exclusive
access to the theatre in the Carriageworks to work on
stagecraft and technical theatre and will culminate in a
performance of your musical on the stage!

Headlined this month by Milo McCabe as
erudite home-schooled 1930’s throwback Troy Hawke. A
character comedian with over ten years’ experience on the
circuit. He has twice been nominated for the Amused Moose
Best Edinburgh show award and was listed as GQ’s Top Ten
comedy shows of the festival.
Joining Troy will be Hayley Ellis a former
regular gag contributor for the Russell Howard’s Good News
television programme, and multi award winning Simon Lomas.

Gary Meikle is back with his second tour
show, "Surreal! A word that perfectly describes
Gary’s last twelve months. He started the year performing
in comedy clubs, and ended it selling out big theatres in
the UK!
His cheeky chappie nature and ability to get

things you probably shouldn’t be! Quickly putting his
audiences at ease, a night of stand up with Gary feels like
a night in the pub chatting with friends!
