What’s up New York,
Get lost in yourself with our Fit Mind and Body Weekend Guide 🗽🎊
New York society has spoken and here are the things we’ve decided to leave in 2019 altogether. 📰😎
Following growing safety concerns about our architecture, officials want drones performing building inspections. 🤖🔍
Ghost kitchens are growing in frequency and offering a vast amount of dining options most aren’t utilizing. 🚲🍛

Find Balance

There is no need to cut out the fun just because you set some NYE goals. The city caters to those in need of a new approach to health.
Feast on healthier foods, find a new passion for fitness or ease into genuine laughter at one of these events in our Fit Mind and Body Weekend Guide. Reserve your spot asap to ensure you can attend.

Letting Habits Go Together

As we strive to live greener, sustainable and conscious lives as individuals, we create a better New York. Here's a list of bad habits and worn-out methods of daily processes that no longer serve our goals.
Among the vanishing things are nonrecyclable plastics and classic metrocards. See which outdated items made it to the list so you can help the city reach new heights.

Robots Do It Better

Proper facade inspections have proved difficult for construction regulators, so the city is calling in the big guns. Drones will be used to scour the skies and get accurate views of New York City buildings if things go as planned.
In order to save money and lives, city officials believe tech is the way. It might become common to see small bots fluttering across the sky sooner than you think.

Take Out Only Eateries

Why pay for a storefront, wait staff, and cutlery when you can launch a restaurant in a ghost kitchen? With NYC costs constantly rising from neighborhood to neighborhood, ensuring a long term location is a challenge.
The new approach to the food business is the more practical and affordable ghost kitchen. Delicious menus from Goku, Reef and more have added themselves to the growing list of eat-out only vendors.
