We are delighted to invite you to dinner with the award winning author of House of Cards Lord Michael Dobbs of Wylye.

Are you a novel reader, a box set fan or a Netflix viewer? Either way you can’t have missed the acclaimed series House of Cards based upon Lord Dobb’s novel of the same name.

This is your opportunity to hear from the man behind the plot. With years’ worth of stories from his interesting life; he was with Margaret Thatcher when she took her first steps into Downing Street, he was there again with John Major when he was kicked out. In between he got bombed in Brighton, banished from Chequers and helped to win a few elections. Lord Michael Dobbs is sure to entertain and intrigue.
