It wouldn't be Christmas without a bit of brass

Kirklees Concert Season presents once again the Brass Band Christmas Spectacular at Huddersfield and Dewsbury Town Halls.  With carols to sing and old favourites to hear this is a great lunchtime treat for anyone. Tickets are just £5.00 per person!

Red House Christmas

Red House XmasExperience an 1830s Red House Christmas with live music, traditional food, mulled wine and carol singing.  The day will end with a celebratory bang in the form of an amazing firework display! Join us at Red House Museum on Sunday 11 December 12 noon - 4pm for a step back in time. 
Normal admission charges apply.

Christmas arts and crafts for the family

Bring your children along to Huddersfield Art Gallery on Tuesday 20 December from 1pm until 4pm. At this family art afternoon the children can make reindeer antlers, decorations for their trees at home, snowmen and mini Christmas trees.   
 
And, on the 22 December from 12 noon until 3pm at Tolson Museum in Huddersfield there will be a similar children's Christmas craft making afternoon.
 
Both events are £1 per child, no need to book, just turn up.
