Leeds Trinity Writers Festival 12 March 2014

The Leeds Trinity Writers Festival will take place on Wednesday 12 March this year and there is an excellent line up of workshops to choose from.  The morning will kick off at 11am (after the coffee and welcome) with workshops until 1pm, with a break for lunch 1pm-2pm.  There is a 'Writing Out Loud' reading at 1.15-1.45pm, followed by workshops and then readings by visiting writers at 4pm-4.45pm then the day will finish at 5pm.

Bob Beagrie: Telescopic Moments (multiple temporality in writing)
Pat Borthwick: Don't Be Afraid (poetry writing workshop)
Debjhani Chaterjee: Ekphrastic poems
Becki Cherriman: Writing the rites (using rites of passage in writing)
Valerie Harkness: Introduction to short story writing
Tim Murgatroyd: How to write rounded characters through setting
Hayley November: Writing TV drama
Andy Willoughby: Writing the real and the abstract
