Ilkley Literature Festival 2013 writing competitions

I thought I would post the details of the writing competitions that are part of the Ilkley Literature Festival for my followers to check out:

2013 Writing Competitions

Entries for the 2013 Adult Short Story and Poetry Competitions are now open until 1 August 2013. The winning authors, plus runners up and commended writers will be invited to read at the Festival in October 2013.

 

Closing date for entries: 1 August 2013.

Competition Rules and Entry Form available online.

 

The Festival runs separate writing competitions for Children and Young People. Both schools and individual young people are encouraged to enter.
