He promised he’d come! For all those fans who were disappointed when he had to withdraw from the 2017 Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival, we’re delighted to bring you an evening with the nonchalant and charming Radio 4 Saturday Live presenter and erstwhile Strictly Dancing contestant.

He’ll be talking about his extraordinary career that has taken him from the 1980s band The Communards to his ordination as a parish priest. Broadcaster, journalist, MasterChef contestant and Big Painting Challenge presenter, Rev. Richard Coles will take us through the challenges of running a modern-day parish and a busy career in the limelight.
